At the registration site you can register for the conference, book your accommodation and also the shuttle bus from some of the main airports.

ISWC Conference registration includes:

ISWC Workshop and tutorials registration includes:
- all sessions, including tutorials and doctoral consortium, on Sunday and/or Monday (depend if you choose 1 day or 2 days fee)
- lunch and coffee breaks on Sunday and/or Monday
Industry track day only includes:
- Industry track session, on Wednesday 22nd
- all ISWC sessions on Wednesday 22nd
- lunch and coffee breaks on Wednesday 22nd
Additional banquet ticket includes:
- social dinner & apertif at Riva del Garda’s Rocca on Wednesday 22nd.

Online Registrations and payments
Payment methods
- credit card (VISA, American Express or Mastercard);
- bank transfer (In case of bank transfer the payment has to be done within 5 days, otherwise the registration will be cancelled).
Online registrations and payments can be made up until October 10th 2014. Payment is due upon registration. If payment is received after the cut-off date for a lower registration fee tier, the registration fee of the new tier is due. Space cannot be guaranteed for any registration that is not paid in full by October 10th 2014. Advance registration is strongly encouraged.
On-site Registration/Information Desk Hours
If you are unable to finalise your plans or payment by October 10th 2014, you may still register at the on-site registration desk which will be available at both ISWC 2014 locations: in the Riva Fiere e Congressi Center from 8:00am on the 21st of October until the 22nd of October at 5:00pm and in the Riva Fiere e Congressi Center beginning at 07:00am on the 23rd of October and ending on the 25th of October at 1:00pm. On-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis.
Information for authors
Authors of conference papers are required to register and pay before 28th of August 2014. If no payment is received by that date, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made via email to registration@rivatour.it up until October 7, 2014.
Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before October 7, 2014 will be granted a refund less 20% of the original payment. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds can be made to conference or workshop authors. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. Once purchased, proceedings are non-refundable. All refunds will be made in Euros (EUR) and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted. Refunds processed via credit card will be applied to the original card.
